Returns Policy

Goods from the Qusp Web can be returned for exchange within 30 days, or full refund within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be in new condition and in original packaging. Goods will be inspected on return and refunds or credit for exchange processed within 7 days. Refunds for orders placed are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Your privacy is always protected at Qusp and you can be assured that none of your personal information will be passed onto any third parties the Qusp Web needs to collect personal information from you such as your name, delivery address, contact phone numbers, email address and credit card details to process your order.
